Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team following the award of a new contract to provide support services to Barnet residents living with dementia. 

Our new Living Well Service day opportunities and activities will form a key element of this. We are looking for an experienced , motivated and creative individual to take forward our vision of an engaging and stimulating resource for residents embedded in the heart of the community. The Coordinator will shape and develop a programme of activities and support to make a difference to the lives of older people, particularly those living with dementia.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to lead, manage and inspire a small team of staff and volunteers and posess the skills to plan, deliver and monitor high quality person-centred activities to support our clients. You will be an excellent communicator with experience of working with people living with dementia and have an understanding of the challenges faced by older people and those who care for them.

In return we will offer support and training, a contributory pension scheme and five weeks holiday per year.
