WELLBEING COACH (UPTURN YOUNG PERSONS PROJECT)

Contract: Fixed Term For Three Years (from commencement of role)

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (to include occasional evenings)

Salary: £19,880 to £21,409 Per Annum

Location: Fareham & Gosport

Closing Date: Mon 28 Jun 2021 (Before 9.00am)

Interview Date: Tue 13 Jul 21

This role will be based within the Coastal PCN in the west of Fareham.

You will be based mostly within the surgeries working with their patients aged 11+.

You will assess young people who are presenting with mental health issues and work with them on building resilience and improving their wellbeing.

Training will be given for this role, but if you have experience in this type of work or knowledge of the issues surrounding young people with mental health problems we would like to hear from you.
