Programme Director
united st saviour's charity

Job Description

Southwark’s ‘Giving’ scheme will transform lives and opportunities for young people in the borough through collective action.  With the funds in place from a range of partners, we're looking for an individual with ideas and energy to develop and drive it forward. You'll have plenty of support from the United St Saviour's team and the coalition of partners.

Responding to the real life experiences of young people, the programme will mobilise local businesses, funders, community groups and residents to give their time, money, networks and influence to level the playing field.

It is part of a wider ‘Giving’ movement, in London and beyond, that is making change through collaboration across the public, private and voluntary sectors.  At the heart of this movement is a belief in the power and potential of place, citizen voice and partnership to change things for the better and for the long term.  It will be hosted by Southwark based funder, United St Saviour's Charity.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about Southwark, social change and young people
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work independently
  • A creative thinker. Someone who can see potential rather than problems
  • A flexible and confident communicator and persuader

So if that sounds like you, apply now, or get in touch with us to find out more.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
