What you need:  You need to be or have experience of working or volunteering in the Voluntary  and Community Sector. Good rapport skills to build relationships quickly. Be motivated by making a difference, focusing on 'people not services', 'what's strong not what’s wrong'. 

What you don’t need: Previous work experience in partnership work, we have multiple channels of support to help you do this. You just need to bring the enquiring mind and the people skills and a willingness to learn.
