Centre 33

Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire. We offer a range of high quality services to young people aged 5-25, including information and support on a “drop in” basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers.

Your Role.  

The Service Manager will work in conjunction with the Management Team and seniors to manage and develop excellent, safe, impactful and responsive emotional services to young people while maintaining and expanding local relationships with other organisations.

You will lead the development of Centre 33’s service offers for young people, maintaining the existing approach and growing and diversifying our service.

Working closely with our service leads, you will listen to local young people and local partners, learn from national best practice and share your findings with the organisation. You will support Centre 33 to embed and develop more impactful services while growing in line with the organisation’s strategic plan.

You will have proven experience in leading and managing a team and the ability to create a warm and approachable team environment. You will work well under pressure and inspire and motivate others. 

You will work to Centre 33’s values of being inclusive and specialist; supportive and non-judgemental; and collaborative and accountable.

You will be working primarily from Huntingdon and Cambridge but with travel within Cambridgeshire.

A driving license and use of a car is essential for this post. This post is subject to a DBS check and references.
