This is an exciting time to champion the collective voice of patients. The health and care landscape is seeing profound change and service users are becoming more central to how services are designed and improved. This role is to reach out to marginalised groups and individuals in Bristol to ensure all parts of the community are heard. Experience delivering creative methods of engagement; surveys, focus groups and events both online and face-to-face (once this returns as an option) is important. You will capture and report experiences of families, carers, & the public. You will be familiar with digital methods of engagement and communications, use of a contacts database and working with peers towards project goals. There is the option of home working with some meetings at the office base, as and when needed.
