Job Description

Pan is looking for an External Evaluator for our Weapon of Choice Theatre project - funded by Young Londoners Fund.

Fee: £2,500.00

Engagement period: June 2021 - April 2022

This is freelance self-employed post, spread over approximately 20 days throughout the period

Place of work: Remote working and visits to the project in central London

Pan Intercultural Arts is a leading force in delivering arts for social change through workshop programmes with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers, young refugees, survivors of trafficking and young people at risk of entering crime. 

Weapon of Choice Theatre Project works with young people in Camden who may be excluded or at risk of being excluded from mainstream education.

Role: to successfully evaluate the Weapon of Choice Theatre Project, in line with project funders’ and Pan Intercultural Arts’ evaluation requirements. This includes conducting interviews, collating/analysing information and writing evaluation reports. This person will plan and implement the evaluation of the project within agreed frameworks, working independently of the Artistic Team to provide as objective an evaluation as possible. This person will use the draft evaluation Theory of Change to monitor the progress of the projects and participants, and will work closely with the Project Manager to submit quarterly monitoring reports.
