Cranfield Trust: help us to help hundreds of charities: join our Board as a Cranfield Trust Trustee. 

We are seeking two new trustees (voluntary roles).Cranfield Trust is the leading pro bono management support organisation for the UK voluntary sector.  We believe that frontline charities and their leaders need access to management skills, to complement their own expertise and to build successful organisations.  We support small to medium sized welfare organisations with free consultancy, mentoring, training, advice and information, thanks to our register of 1,400 volunteer professionals from the commercial sector. We have developed our services in the last twelve months, and this year will support over 400 charities with consultancy and mentoring, and expect our services to reach at least 4,000 charities in total. 

We would welcome applications from people with HR/legal or digital and technology expertise, or experience of leading a small charity focused on people's welfare.  We would like to increase the diversity of our Board and would welcome contact from people from Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic backgrounds, from people with a disability and from younger people.

We ask all Trustees to commit to attending four Board meetings and one strategy session a year, and to serve on one committee in their area of interest.
