Job Description

Theatres Trust seeks a General Manager to join the senior management team supporting the overall work of the organisation through effective organisational, operational, project and event management. 

This is a key role in the organisation, both ensuring that we are well run with effective support processes and systems and supporting or leading on delivery of strategic projects and events. The position will be line managed by the Director, but will have close working relationships across the staff team of 10, and will have line management responsibility for and support from the Administrator.

As the organisation comes to the end of its current successful three-year plan, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to shaping the next exciting stage of the Theatres Trust’s strategic direction and delivering on our objectives.
