Job Description

Chief Executive Officer

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, plus occasional weekend/evening

Probationary period: 3 months

Salary: £50k per annum

Based at: 11 Couch Lane, Devizes, Wiltshire SN10 1EB

Wiltshire Centre for Independent Living (CIL) is a transformative organisation, committed to improving the lives of disabled people in Wiltshire.

We now seek a new Chief Executive to lead us into our next phase of bold growth.

This is a pivotal time to be joining Wiltshire CIL. We are already at the forefront of strengths-based innovation in the sector and are developing new and creative approaches to support people to live well in their communities.

If you have a proven track record of strategic leadership, have excellent networking and relationship development skills and an ability and commitment to working in co-production with people who use care and support services, we would like to hear from you.

It will be critical to develop an understanding of the local community, health and social care sector and a commitment to improving the lives of disabled people. In addition, you will have significant experience of developing and delivering organisational strategy and change and experience of working within a governance framework.
