Job Description

Off The Record is looking for a new Administrative Manager

*Winners of the GSK Impact Award 2019*

Are you an administrative professional that can handle anything that comes your way?  Do you love to be in control of everything on your watch?  Are you resilient, composed and take things in your stride? Are you known for your positivity, morale and strong values base?

Would you like to be part of Off The Records Transformation?

The successful applicant must have a love and enthusiasm for administration, systems and structures and take pride in everything they do from the everyday to the extraordinary.  You must also have a proactive and forward thinking attitude and be ‘hands on’ in your approach to the needs of the charity, colleagues, service users and key stakeholders.

Off the Record is a dynamic, innovative and award-winning Mental Health Charity supporting young people's mental health in Croydon, Sutton and Merton.

We are at a crucial point in our development in building a compassionate mental health community for young people to continue to make a real and positive difference. Post Lockdown we are looking for an Administrative Manager who can “seize the reins” and take the Charity to the next level to strengthen and develop the “administrative backbone” in the Charity.

OTR is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.  We recruit, train and promote without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or other protected status.

You need to be dynamic, analytic, forward thinking, passionate, flexible and an administrative “visionary” with at least 3 years’ experience of working in a high-level administrative role.

If this is you and you think you have what it takes, please step forward, we would like to meet you.

In return we can offer you...

  • Experience in an outward looking charity with a strong reputation for delivering professional support services to young people in South London coupled with a motivation to develop new and innovative responses to mental health needs.

  • Being an important part of a dynamic compassionate mental health community that places young people at the heart of everything it does.

  • Training on our systems and processes.

  • 36 days annual leave (pro rata), staff benefits including pension, childcare vouchers and store discounts.

For further information and an application pack go to our 'get involved' page on our Off the Record Croydon, deadline for application is 0900 Monday 24th May 2021.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
