The position of Mighty Heart Course Manager is an exciting role critical to the organisation’s success. Business Plan for Peace, Plan for Peace’s sister entity, has rolled out, to great success, the Mighty Heart course based on the book the Mighty Heart written by Dr Scilla Elworthy in 2020. The Mighty Heart is the ‘heart’ of our business and the Mighty Heart Course Manager, an integral member of the Plan for Peace team, will work closely with its founder Dr Scilla Elworthy to lead the effective adaptation, scale-up and delivery of courses for emerging leaders from across civil society, business, government, and military sectors. The position will play a pivotal role in designing an innovative course model that supports Plan for Peace to achieve its mission and results both strategically and financially, and that attracts and retains clients, and builds a network of people committed to transforming destructive conflict.
