italk is the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service provided in partnership between Solent Mind and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Hours: 22.5 Per Week (Wednesday & Friday & One Other)

Salary Range: £28,095 to £30,259 Pro Rata Per Annum

Location: Eastleigh (West HUB) Plus Home/Flexible Working Where Appropriate (Currently home working due to Covid-19)

We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient individual with a relevant qualification or experience and a desire to work in one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country. Our service provides Step 2 and Step 3 psychological services to most of Hampshire in a variety of flexible methods. You will work as part of a job share. We need someone with energy and enthusiasm, who is flexible in their approach and can work well as part of a small, busy team in a high-volume service and demanding environment. You will be responsible for monitoring demand and capacity, assisting the Business Performance Manager and Clinical Managers at Step 2 and Step 3. You may also be supervising one IAPT Data Specialist.

The successful candidate will need to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-17:00 while they train, then can change days to Wednesday, Friday and one other day of their choice to ensure one day of overlap to co-ordinate with job share partner.

The interviews will take place in the week commencing 10 May 2021. They will be take place via video link; however, face to face requests can be accommodated if necessary. Successful candidates will start in or around June 2021.
