Daffodil Family Centre opened in January 2020. Part of the award-winning charity, Trevi, Daffodil provides residential parenting assessments in cases where there are concerns about a parent’s capacity to keep a child safe.

We are looking for an experienced and confident social worker to join the team. You will hold a case load of 2 -3 families As a Family Practitioner you will be working with complex families who have suffered trauma. You will be responsible for undertaking a parenting assessment within the timescales directed by the court / local authority. This will include completing risk assessments, placement plans, providing Court evidence, providing educational activities and feedback to support the child’s development and empower the parents to create change that is ‘safe enough parenting’.
