Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced part-time Employer Engagement Manager to help us build partnerships with London businesses. 

Twining Enterprise is the go-to mental health employment support charity in London. Using Individual Placement and Support, we help individuals with mental health problems find and sustain mainstream employment. As the Employer Engagement Manager you will be building partnerships with employers, and providing a comprehensive vacancy service to jobseekers with common mental health conditions engaged on the Twining Enterprise, Building Better Opportunities, IPS Works Programme.

Job requirements 

We're looking for someone who is confident, articulate, and results-orientated. You will be comfortable working in a target-driven enviroment, and also be resilient, empathetic, and full of positivity. 

Furthermore, you will have experience of working at a managerial level in employer engagement and/or recruitment.You will also have experience of securing and maximising employment opportunities. 

You'll have a strong B2B sales background with a proven track record of success. 

We're looking for someone who can work in a team, but also independently and of their own iniaitive. A strong communicator, who can negotiate with a vast array of internal and external stakeholders including clients and employers.

Understanding of the employment market and the needs of employers at this time. 

Willingness to travel and work flexibly across a defined region.

We also hope you have experience of working with people with common Mental Health Conditions, and or experience of working for a charity or in the health sector.
