Job Description

Are you an inspirational leader able to motivate and support a team of staff and volunteers?

You will be responsible for leading and developing existing services as well as initiating new ones. You will manage a team of officers led by Co-ordinators and will also be responsible for managing multiple budgets.

You will need to demonstrate that you are a strategic thinker, can manage resources and complete funding applications to a high standard. You must also be able to share your ideas for development and demonstrate a proven track record in this area.

Access to your own transport is essential as this position will involve travel across Suffolk.
