Do you want to make a real difference to older people in East London?  This is a wide-ranging, customer-facing role to support people with dementia who have just been diagnosed, and their carers, to live as well as they can.

We are looking for an experienced, empathetic Support  and Groups Worker who can use their existing skills and develop new ones working with customers on a one to one and groups basis as part of a small, forward thinking, professional team.

The role will involve supporting existing Zoom Groups, re-starting our face to face peer support sessions, outreach, and one to one contact with clients, including managing your own caseload.

Strong written and verbal communications skills are required, as well as the ability to use online conferencing programmes, and the confidence to work with people from very diverse backgrounds.
