Our organisation has much to celebrate but we also recognise the challenges and the opportunities on the horizon. The successful candidate will work with an engaged Board of Trustees and be experienced in leading change and empowering staff and volunteers so they can both flourish and provide high quality services.

Citizens Advice Brighton and Hove is an independent charity working within a National Citizens Advice network and Membership Scheme. We see almost seven thousand clients a year and since the Covid-19 pandemic most of our services are delivered online. Partnership working is in our organisational DNA and our stakeholders include:

This is a demanding and highly rewarding role. You will need to be fully committed to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can utilise your existing experience of leadership, fundraising, change management, staff development and strategic and contract delivery. Up for the challenge? We would love to hear from you.
