Lead Age UK Sutton’s work to develop our unique Help at Home Social Enterprise to enable it to reach more people and generate more net income, and ensure it continues to offer excellent, good value services and customer care.

Help at Home is Age Uk Sutton’s commercial social enterprise, a paid for service offering support to enhance older people’s quality of life.  Our team of workers help with laundry, shopping, cleaning, light meal preparation, socialisation and accompanied visits.  Customers see the same workers every visit, building strong relationships and confidence.  We have ambitions to expand our offer to support even more people.

Age UK Sutton is seeking to appoint a Help at Home Enterprise Business Manager to drive the development of our service, to grow the service and maximise income-generation whilst offering a highly valuable service to older people in need of support. There will be opportunities to start new services, scale up existing activities, and develop the way we operate to the benefit of our customers.

You will be championing the benefits of this service with older people,  and deliver effective targeted marketing and promotion of the service, including through networking with other professionals in health, care, business and the charity sector.  You will also be responsible for the support, training and engagement that makes our team of workers proud to be part of the Age UK Sutton family.
