SERVICE MANAGER (REMIND) - Job Share

Hours: 21 Hours Per Week

Salary Range: £27,817 to £29,959 Pro Rata Per Annum

Location: Portsmouth

Closing Date: Wed 23 Sep 2020 (Before 9.00am)

Interview Date: W/C Mon 28 Sep 2020

The Service Manager will be employed to oversee the delivery of the Solent Mind Remind - Portsmouth Dementia Service, supporting people with dementia and their carers, to live well.

The Service Manager will provide organisational leadership for the whole team with consistent focus on the outcomes to be achieved for both people with dementia and their carers; and also the development of Portsmouth Dementia Service going forward. Portsmouth aim to work towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Community.
