Job Description

Happydays UK are looking for a highly organised, compassionate and driven Senior Housing & Support Officer with experience and knowledge, to deliver high quality person centred services to the ex homeless residents of our group homes in Calderdale and Kirklees. 30 Hours per week.

We require someone who will be passionate and driven with the desire to provide high quality, person centred services. You will have experience in the delivery of care and/or support services to adults at risk and have experience of coordinating staff and ideally volunteers.

We are looking for a passionate person who with a `can-do` attitude, driven by the desire to make a difference and who has the ability to recognise the wishes and needs of adults at risk and communicate effectively using different methods according to people's needs.

You will be expected to travel around our housing locations in Calderdale and Kirklees.

You must be able to work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to the people we support and be flexible in your approach to work. You will have a commitment to equality and diversity and take a positive approach to supporting people with complex needs. Initiative and confidence to manage workload and agreed targets / tasks within set time frame / hours is essential.
