Rate £37,000 - £40,000 pro rata

Are you a highly skilled and experienced arts/charity professional who can quickly take-on responsibilities of this key role on an interim/fixed term basis, whilst supporting us in attracting and selecting the permanent post-holder? 

The Interim Executive Director will take us through a reporting cycle whilst we recruit for a permanent position.  The role is full-time and it is essential that you are present in Leeds at least on a part-time basis. 

Reporting to the CEO and Artistic Director, you will work closely with her to provide sound Strategic, Financial and HR management. Leading a team including Finance Officer and Facilities Manager, you will oversee operations and legal compliance, be Company Secretary and lead on reporting.
