Want to lead an organisation that stands in solidarity alongside migrants in their fight for rights and justice? Then join us!

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Chief Executive Officer (Maternity Cover) to manage the organisation whilst the current CEO takes maternity leave. 

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide effective leadership and oversight of our organisation to take it forward in its organisational aims and objectives according to its current strategy.

 They will have substantial experience in leading organisations within the not-for-profit sector, and background in fundraising and financial management. The individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, and an ability to manage a full and varied workload, and staff team.

As the lead spokesperson, the candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, so they represent MRN’s position to the wider public and in the media.

The charity is looking for exceptional candidates with a:

  • Commitment to upholding the rights of migrants

  • Real vision as to how this can be done in the current political, social and economic climate of the UK

  • Readiness to work with all groups and individuals who support in part or in whole the MRN mission

The salary will be £41,754 per annum, pro-rata. In addition, MRN contributes up to 6% of salary to pensions.
