Job Description

York Road Project (YRP) is looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our team.  Supporting some of the most marginalised people in our community, you will be committed to leading a team of frontline staff to facilitate change.

This is a challenging but rewarding role and you will have a minimum of two years’ experience of managing a small team and will know how to ensure they work to their full potential.  Experience of the homelessness sector and/or supporting marginalised people is essential.

It is a fast-paced role and you will have the ability to see the bigger picture whilst also have the skill to see the smaller aspects. YRP is a small organisation delivering multiple services and we have big aspirations and are looking for someone who can grow with us.
