Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Volunteer Engagement Manager, to lead our highly successful volunteering programme with over 250 volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds who fulfil a variety of different and rewarding roles for the Trust.  You will provide guidance and support to the Trust’s teams that engage volunteers in their work and ensure volunteers make a positive contribution across the organisation, find their roles rewarding, and are just as proud of their association with the Trust as we all are.  The successful candidate will have experience of working with volunteers and be highly organised with strong administrative and planning skills.  You will need to be a self-starter and capable of structuring your own workload and managing multiple priorities.
