Service Delivery Manager – working with homeless and temporarily-housed people at Hope4 (Rugby)Ltd

Have you got experience of working with people in crisis? Are you passionate about helping rough sleepers to get off the streets? Do you demonstrate expertise, compassion and leadership?
If your answer to all the above is yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We need an exceptional manager who can oversee the delivery and success of our National Lottery-funded project; "Delivering Hope". To do this you will lead a small staff team and large number of volunteers, creating and building on strong partnerships with faith-based, statutory and other voluntary sector groups.

Context:
The mission of Hope4 is to help end rough sleeping and prevent homelessness in Rugby. The service provides specialist care and works in partnership with external agencies to enable people to start addressing their support needs and identify the most appropriate longer-term accommodation offer.
