Farm Africa has an ambitious strategy, aiming to become the leading European NGO specialising in agriculture, the environment and market engagement. In order to realise this we have set an organisational target to double funding by 2020.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Development Officer, with a specialism in Individual Giving, to join our busy and dynamic fundraising team. Working closely with our Individual Giving Manager, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of all aspects of our £1m+ Individual Giving portfolio both on and offline. This is a unique, hands-on role with scope to be actively involved in the creative development and project management of integrated fundraising campaigns right through from concept development to results analysis, using channels including email, social media and direct mail.
