We express Christian love to those in crisis across Richmond in SW London. We aim to see long-lasting change through the transformation of individuals by the power of God’s love and His healing. Those who come we call our guests, rather than clients or service users. Many have multiple and complex needs, feel marginalised and experience social isolation.

In taking on the responsibilities currently held by the Founder Trustees, our Chief Executive, who will be a prayerful Christian, must have a passion for this special ministry. She/he will set the strategic direction for the next few years and provide organisational leadership/team management while ensuring sustainable growth. We have 12 staff [6.1 FTE], over 100 volunteers and an annual revenue of c£450k.

Over 8,000 visited our Drop-in last year, 400 our Nursing Clinic and through our Foodbanks 1600+ adults and 700 children have received emergency food parcels.

Hard statistics give the outputs; more importantly are the outcomes for individuals through the changed lives. We have many stories to share.

You will have a calling and passion for the poor, be able to lead with grace, wisdom, humility and strength and you have sound business experience and acumen.
