Job Description

The Role

The post holder will lead on the evaluation and monitoring of the services provided under the Essex Integrated Domestic Abuse Services (EIDAS) contract and other strategically important projects.  They will be responsible for developing an evaluation framework, evaluation processes and the evaluation of the impact of our services by undertaking research, data analysis and reporting.

About you

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member who can support Next Chapter by helping us understand and share the amazing outcomes delivered by our services.  You will have experience of using and analysing qualitative and quantitative data including data capture design and methodology, which may include working with focus groups. You will have an eye for detail with an ability to write reports and communicate project outcomes in an interesting and compelling way to enable funders and supporters understand the impact and difference our services make.  A friendly, flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential for this new role, which gives the right individual the opportunity to shape using their initiative to identify areas they can make a difference.

We work across North and Mid Essex providing free and confidential services to support people who are currently experiencing, or have previously experienced domestic abuse.
