Solent Recovery College (SRC) offers a fresh way of working that draws on the experiences and skills of people who have used mental health services and the staff who work in them. We are currently recruiting for:

PEER TRAINER CO-ORDINATOR
Hours: 22.5 Hours Per Week
Salary Range: £22,603 To £24,341 Pro Rata Per Annum
Location: St Mary’s Community Health Campus, Portsmouth

The aim of the recovery college is to:
- Enable students to take control of their life
- Use education as a route to recovery
- Share your peer journey with the students
- Inspire students to live a life that's worth living - with or without ongoing symptoms
Due to the expansion of the college an exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of a Peer Trainer Co-Ordinator. The post-holder will play an integral role in supporting the operational aspects of SRC, supervising Peer Trainers and co-producing and delivery courses as and when required.Whilst working alongside other SRC staff and partners to ensure the smooth operating of the recovery college.
