EMPLOYMENT ADVISER
Hours: 22 Hours Per Week (working Wed, Thu, Fri)
Salary Range: £22,603 To £24,341 Pro Rata Per Annum
Location: Eastleigh (West Hub)

You will provide skills-based advice, information and practical support to help people who are employed to retain their employment. For example individuals going through the absence management process, grievance/disciplinary procedure where their mental health is affecting their work or work is impacting on their mental health.
The role will involve working with a case load of clients providing advice and support. This will be mainly over the telephone but also occasional visits to client’s workplace to support in formal meetings.
This would suit someone who is CIPD qualified or equivalent (desirable), but if you have a good knowledge and sound understanding of employment issues and how this could impact on individuals with mental health problems; excellent IT skills, communication skills, both written and verbal this could be the role for you.
