Job Description
We are a successful charity that helps people to help themselves, and we’ve been doing so for more than thirty years. We run a diverse range of services working across all ages but our aim is always the same – to help people to break through barriers and to achieve their potential.
We are looking for a dynamic and influential CEO to lead YSS and inspire our talented team of staff and volunteers. You will have significant experience of leadership and management at a strategic level, and a proven track record of securing income from a range of sources. You will be a strong communicator and influencer with a commitment to collaboration and partnership working.
You will work closely with a strong, supportive and confident Board of Trustees to drive forward the strategic plan for the organisation and maintain excellent governance.
