Ministerial Appointment to the Board of Conservators
by the Home Secretary under Section 12 of the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Act 1871.

Candidates are now being sought for the role of a Conservator to be appointed by the Home Secretary.  This is a special opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the future for our Commons. 

To ensure an appropriate balance of skills and experience within the Board, it would be particularly advantageous for applicants to be able to demonstrate skills and experience of financial and legal issues, particularly as they apply to the administration of charities and public bodies.
