Solent Mind is the largest third sector provider of mental health services in the Hampshire region offering a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support.

We are the provider for wellbeing services in the Winchester and Eastleigh areas.  Our Wellbeing Centres provide a range of activities and support to service users, including groups, workshops and one-to-one sessions, all of which focus on helping people to better manage their mental health problems.

We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Co-ordinator – ref wellcoordnov15 - Part-time 29.5 hours per week (normal working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

This post will be based mainly at the Eastleigh Centre but there will also be the opportunity to work in the Winchester Centre.

As part of a team you will:

  •  Work with an identified caseload enabling service users to achieve goals identified through the Recovery Star process.
  •  Ensure service users’ progress is regularly reviewed and outcomes are recorded.
  •  Supervise other Wellbeing staff and support the Manager with the day to day delivery of the service.
