30 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)

Based in Martlesham Heath, Ipswich

Salary Range: £22,897 – £28,783 pro rata

Plus 6% non-contributory pension contribution

In an increasingly competitive voluntary sector, we need someone who will be innovative in their approach to both attracting and retaining volunteers. Have you a proven track record of enthusing and motivating others?

We are looking for someone who will work with both the public and the private sector to increase our volunteer workforce in the areas required. You will be responsible for leading a recruitment campaign across the county, fully supported by the resources needed to “make it happen”.

As well as leading the recruitment and selection of Volunteers, we are looking for someone who will be able to build upon the recognition we offer our volunteers to make their experience with ACT and its Service Users rewarding and fulfilling.

Support and opportunities for personal development will be provided. There will be regular evening working and we operate a flexible working approach to take this into account.
