This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the work of a global Christian charity. The Finance Manager is a crucial role within our organisation and is responsible for the financial functions up to the trial balance stage.

USPG is the oldest Anglican mission agency which works in close partnership with the churches of the Anglican communion in over twenty countries across the world. You will be joining us at a very exciting time where we are planning to move to our newly purchased office building at the end of this year. 

An expert in managing charity finances, with a commitment to supporting worldwide Christian mission, you will be a highly organised and self-driven AAT qualified individual or QBE with strong attention to detail and an ability to drive our finance function. You will have experience in financial accounting as well as management accounting and the ability to lead and coordinate the day to day processes within the finance team.  The postholder will be responsible for the line management of 2 part time finance officers.

You will have experience of working effectively on your own initiative and working to tight deadlines.
