Trustee
wessex childrens hospice trust (naomi house)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for experienced, professional and compassionate individuals to help shape the future direction of a respected local charity.

Naomi House provides palliative and respite care for children, young adults and their families from seven counties across the south of England. With two purpose built hospices situated in the Hampshire countryside and an expanding community service, our promise is to deliver individualised care at a time when families need us most. Our ambition is high, our standards are first rate and our staff and volunteers are committed to maintaining both. We are now seeking to recruit to our Trustee board to ensure that we continue to achieve our goals and keep that promise.

If you are looking for a rewarding experience where you can put your professional skills to good use then we would like to hear from you, especially if you have worked at senior or board level in a legal, healthcare management environment or a local/central government/health or social care setting. Previous exposure to the charitable sector would also be an advantage. More important, however is the desire to make a difference.
