Homeless Link seeks an enthusiastic, positive and entrepreneurial trustee to join its board and help realise its vision of a country free of homelessness.

Homeless Link, incorporating Sitra, is the national membership body for organisations working with people experiencing homelessness across England. We represent around 850 members providing homelessness and supported housing services across England.  We spread best practice to make services better and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness.  Around 40% of our turnover is our social enterprise, made up of training, consultancy and software products to support our members.

Our mission is to end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support to keep it. Becoming a trustee offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to play a vital role in our future.

As well as having the passion and drive to make a difference, you’ll need the right mix of proven experience at a strategic level. You’ll also have a track record of achieving change through influence and be able to provide the governance needed by a dynamic charity working in a complex sector.  You need not necessarily have previously been a charity trustee: we are equally keen to hear from candidates who have commercial experience and who are seeking a new challenge.
