Job Description

Together in Barnet is a charity overseeing volunteers who provide food, shelter and companionship for homeless people in Barnet during the winter months.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support our venues and link with our partner, Homeless Action Barnet (who refer guests to us), as well as assist the Board of Trustees with marketing and communications. You need to be a self-motivated person, committed to supporting our guests at a very difficult time in their lives and ready to help our many volunteers to provide a safe and welcoming place for them to stay.

The post is offered on a rolling 12-month contract and will be 25-hour working week with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata.
