The Royal Photographic Society is undertaking exciting changes at present, moving from Bath to new premises in Bristol’s “Creative Quarter” and embarking on a renewed strategy to increase our impact.

Our 450 volunteers are vital to the RPS, supporting our work across the UK and beyond by increasing our reach and delivering significant levels of activity.

We are seeking a skilled, creative and passionate individual to join the team and help us implement our strategy to engage the public in the appreciation of photography and its immense contribution to our world.

You will have proven experience of leading and supporting volunteers within a non-profit organisation. You will be a well-organised, people person who can quickly build trust and lead others.

As we are keen to find the right person as soon as possible to ensure a good handover, there is no closing date for applications. We will review applications as we receive them and arrange interviews with strong applicants as appropriate.
