Job Description

Baca is looking to recruit a creative, proactive and passionate male to join our team. The role will provide  'parental' support to unaccompanied asylum seeking young people 16 to 18, as part of our support team. They will be a strong role model and through their role they will seek to establish a safe, fun, caring and interdependent home, helping them to settle and learn living skills so they can move on to independant living.The role will also work with social workers and representatives from other agencies, for the best interest of the young people.  The role is a part time role at 25 hours per week and comes with free accommodation, utility bills and council tax. 

Through our work we aim to see these young people empowered with dignity, strength and hope, inspiring them to become change makers for good in the communities around them.

An enhanced DBS check will be required. The closing date for applications will be 30th April at 5pm and please do contact us if you require further information.
