Youth Engagement Officer - CORC

Job Description

CORC Youth Engagement Officer

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families supports distressed children and their families through innovative therapeutic practice and research, training and promoting awareness of mental health issues.

We are looking for a Youth Engagement Officer for the Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC).  CORC is the UK’s leading membership organisation that collects and uses evidence to improve children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. The postholder will be part of the CORC team and will work closely with participation colleagues in the Anna Freud Centre – as well as developing relationships with participation leads in our member organisations.

We are looking for a collaborative, proactive, motivated individual with experience of actively engaging and supporting young people to participate, collaborate and influence the development and creation of services, with a commitment to all that CORC stands for. You may have an NHS or mental health background, work in social care, a local authority or schools, or you may come from another field entirely.
