Caseworker
Part Time (21 hours pw)

AKT are looking for a part-time Caseworker to work within their London Services Team, delivering advice and guidance services to young LGBTQ people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or living in a hostile environment. The role involves working directly with young people to provide casework, advocacy and support to help them get them into safe accommodation. You will be part of a dynamic team working to prevent LGBTQ youth homelessness.
