Talking Money is a leading money advice charity with a mission to improve lives by tackling financial problems. We are the lead agency for Money Advice West, a consortium of advice agencies in the South West delivering quality debt advice. 

We are looking to recruit to a new and innovative part-time post of Debt Advice Quality Manager. The successful candidate will join a small and dynamic project management team that is responsible for working in partnership with seven local advice agencies to successfully deliver a debt advice project that helps over 6,500 clients a year. We would like the candidate to work from our Bristol office at least one day a week, but otherwise home-working is optional. The role will involve regular travel within Bristol and to North Somerset, Gloucester, Birmingham and London. 

As Debt Advice Quality Manager, you will work closely with advisers, supervisors and managers of seven advice agencies in the region to monitor and improve the quality of their debt advice services. You will ensure a high-quality debt advice service is delivered in line with funder requirements. You will also work closely with the funder, influencing and negotiating on behalf of the partnership, to find what works.

With expertise in debt advice, as well as case file review and supervision experience, you will have the ability to support the development of others and improve quality and performance.
