The Floating Support Team assists adults with severe mental health problems and /or dual diagnosis to achieve recovery, reduce social exclusion and take control of their lives by supporting them to address issues that affect their ability to continue living in their chosen community within the city of Southampton.

As a Support Worker, working within a team of Support Workers, you will work alongside the Floating Support Workers supporting individuals in critical housing situations by enabling them to maintain their current tenure, to improve the quality of their present accommodation or to secure more appropriate accommodation and to manage their day to day lives as agreed within individual support plans.
