Chief Executive Officer

£39,000

36.25 hours per week (flexible working can be negotiated)

Based in Exeter

The Chief Executive Officer role will be crucial to leading this exciting and forward thinking organisation into its next stage of development. We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, creative and dynamic woman with exceptional leadership qualities, who is passionate about making a significant difference to the lives of adult and child victims of domestic violence and working for its prevention.

As CEO you will work closely with a strong, supportive and confident Board of Trustees to drive forward the strategic plan for SAFE and maintain excellent governance. You will lead an exceptional team focused on getting the best possible outcomes for victims of domestic violence across Devon. You will be responsible for leading on the vision of the organisation based on consultation with a wide range of partners including victims of domestic violence. You will be a confident communicator, relationship builder and partnership broker with funders, commissioners and fellow providers ensuring the sustainability of SAFE.

Interviews will be held in Exeter on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd March 2018.
