Stepping Stones is a unique service in Luton, well thought of and with a strong local reputation, for women with complex issues including substance misuse, domestic abuse, mental health and offending.  Many of our ex-clients tell amazing stories of how Stepping Stones has turned their life around.

This is an exciting opportunity and we’re looking for an exceptional woman to lead a dynamic and professional organisation. With a team of 18 staff you will need to demonstrate a broad range of skills to lead the organisation strategically and operationally. You will be enthusiastic, intelligent and committed to our mission and have relevant experience to take the organisation forward. 

This service is run by women for women and is therefore restricted to women applicants under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, and Part 1. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) disclosure will be required for this role.
