Job Description
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with the design of the updated The Conversation programme, including an additional version tailored for delivery in the youth estate;
• Coordinate with the external programme consultant on model development;
• To recruit new systems coaches to subsequently deliver The Conversation;
• In consultation with the Head of Programme Operations, design a Spark Inside induction plan for the new The Conversation coaches;
• Provide a training schedule and arrange training for staff and new coaches;
• Create a project plan defining each stage of the project implementation;
• Create a package for prisons that consists of a ready-to-run programme;
• Work with the Head of Programme Operations to secure Governor approval for the delivery of The Conversation;
• Work with the programme team Service Delivery Managers to timetable the delivery of The Conversation;
• Contribute ideas to the design of in-prison marketing materials.
QUALITIES:
• Experience of effectively managing projects within prisons;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to coordinate with remote workers;
• Ability to work within and across teams;
• Competent use of Excel as a project management tool;
• Experience designing services or programmes (desirable).
