Job Description

One in four of us will suffer from a mental health problem at some time in our lives. Do you want to use your skills and experience to play a leading role in a social enterprise which provides real, practical help?

Mayfield Nurseries is a Southampton based working nursery and horticultural social enterprise for people with lived experience of mental health issues.

We are a part of Solent Mind, a leading mental health charity across Hampshire. Since our beginnings in 2009, every penny we raise from the sale of our award winning plants is ploughed back into our range of horticultural groups, workshops and activities that support those living with mental health issues and dementia in our community.
