In partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust we deliver the italk service, which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies respectively across Hampshire.
Because of this partnership, and the size of the area we cover, there is always something exciting and new to be involved in. From joint working with Southern Health teams in the community, to amazing initiatives such as Solent Mind’s Mayfield Nurseries project. We are always looking at new ways to reach people and provide the quality support they deserve.
italk is a free to access NHS commissioned service for people aged 16 and over with mild to moderate mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, which includes obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, panic attacks and post-traumatic stress disorder.
